1. How long does it take to set up an Account?

Our Answer: During business hours which are Monday through Saturday 9:30 am to 6 pm eastern, the service takes only 1-6 hours to set up. First, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. In 1-6 hours you will receive another email containing your login information and instructions. You are now ready to use RSVP Resource!

2. How much does your service costs?

We have a “Basic Service” and also an “Advanced Service”. Both of these services come with unlimited minutes. While in the user portal, you will have the option of configuring an Advanced Service that has feature options such as Ring Groups or a Dedicated toll free or local number. If you configure an Advanced Service with either of those feature options, there will be additional costs. These additional costs and the Basic Service monthly fees are all listed here on our Pricing Page.

3. How am I billed each month for service?

You are billed conveniently to your credit or debit card each month the monthly membership fee of $16.95.

Also, in order to keep your RSVP numbers active, you will need to keep a prepaid balance of funds. Each month your prepaid balance will be deducted the monthly fee associated with each active RSVP mailbox or dedicated toll free/local number. For example, if you have 2 Toll Free RSVP mailboxes that you set up on August 17th, you will have $17.90 deducted from your prepaid balance on the 17th of each month thereafter. The cost for a Toll Free RSVP mailbox is $8.95 per month. If you would like to see the pricing chart, click here to go to the Pricing Page. Each time you log into the user portal, you will have the option of adding funds to your prepaid account balance.

4. Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Yes. If you’re not fully satisfied with the service, you can receive a full refund of what you paid to set up the account and any prepaid balance that you paid for. You must request the refund for the monthly membership fee and prepaid balance within the first 30 days for the refund to be processed. We will only issue refunds during the first 30 days of service.

5. Do you offer a free trial service?

Yes, we do. The free trial service last 7 days. If you would like to set up the free trial service, you will have the option during the sign up process. During the free trial service period, you will be able to activate “Basic Service” mailboxes as well as “Advanced Service” menus. You’ll have full account access during the 7 day free trial service period. If you close your account during the 7 day free trial service period, you will be billed nothing. All the usage is free of charge. There’s no costs or obligation when setting up the free trial. If you do not close your account before the 7 day free trial service period, you will be automatically billed the startup costs of $16.95 for the “Monthly” service plan. If you would like to upgrade your account to the “Annual” plan, simply call 1-844-400-4546.”

6. I would like a menu where guests can press 1 for driving instructions to our wedding or press 2 to speak with me or my fiance. Is this possible?

Yes, we can configure this for you. These are advanced service RSVP numbers. We can actually customize your menu any way you like. 7. Who will record the greeting or menu that guests hear when they call our RSVP number?

Most RSVP number customers do their recording in their own voice. However, if you prefer having us do the recording for you, we will arrange for the recording to be completed with a professional male or female voice. The first script is recorded free of charge. Additional scripts are billed at $10 per script. The script can be up to 1 minute long. 8. What information should clients ask for when guests call their RSVP number?

There are 3 things they may want to cover with their guests:

1) Ask for their name.

2) How many people they’re bringing with them.

3) They could also ask them what type of food they enjoy. Asking them their food preference is optional. It is very useful information to understand how much to prepare for certain types of foods. If 22 people say fried chicken and 11 people say spaghetti, you will know to prepare twice as much fried chicken than spaghetti.

9. How long have you been in business?

We’ve been in business since 2001. Seniority shows credibility. We’ve accumulated plenty of very satisfied customers across the country.

10. How reliable is your service? Do you have power back up?

Service reliability is #1 on our list and should be with any service provider. We are prepared for high volume usage. Our track record with service uptime is nearly 100%.

11. Do you offer tech support?

Yes, we do. A live customer support representative is ready to answer any questions or concerns you might have.  After setting up an account, simply call 1-844-400-4546 for assistance during business hours. Business hours are Monday – Friday 9:30 am – 6 pm eastern. Saturday 10 am – 5 pm eastern.

12. Are there any long term contracts, hidden costs or obligations?

No. Our pricing structure is straight forward and you can cancel the service at any time.

13. Do you have to perform a credit check?

We do not have to run a credit check on your personal credit history and we will not ask for your social security number. This is a prepaid account that does not require credit.
