First, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. In 1-6 hours you will receive another email containing your login information and instructions. We have a “Basic Service” and also an “Advanced Service”. Both of these services come with unlimited toll free or local minutes. While in the user portal, you will have the option of configuring an Advanced Service with features such as Call Forwarding and more. For just $16.95 per month, your RSVP Resource membership comes with 1 voice mailbox, 1 call forwarding number, unlimited minutes, unlimited menus and 1 dedicated toll free or local number with the area code of your choice. If you resell the service to your clients and need to purchase additional mailboxes or numbers, you can do this at anytime, conveniently in the user portal. There are small costs for additional mailboxes or numbers. These are listed on our Pricing page.
You are billed conveniently to your credit/debit card each month the monthly membership fee of $16.95.
Also, in order to keep your RSVP numbers active, you will need to keep a prepaid balance of funds. Each month your prepaid balance will be deducted the monthly fee associated with each additional RSVP mailbox or dedicated toll free/local number. For example, if you have 2 additional Toll Free RSVP mailboxes that you set up on August 17th, you will have $17.90 deducted from your prepaid balance on the 17th of each month thereafter. The cost for an additional Toll Free RSVP mailbox is $8.95 per month. There are never any per minute fees with RSVP Resource. Yes. If you’re not fully satisfied with the service, you can receive a full refund of what you paid to set up the account and any prepaid balance that you paid for. You must request the refund for the monthly membership fee and prepaid balance within the first 30 days for the refund to be processed. We will only issue refunds during the first 30 days of service.
Yes, we do. The free trial service last 7 days. If you would like to set up the free trial service, you will have the option during the sign up process. During the free trial service period, you will be able to activate “Basic Service” mailboxes as well as “Advanced Service” menus. You’ll have full account access during the 7 day free trial service period. If you close your account during the 7 day free trial service period, you will be billed nothing. All the usage is free of charge. There’s no costs or obligation when setting up the free trial. If you do not close your account before the 7 day free trial service period, you will be automatically billed the startup costs of $16.95 for the “Monthly” service plan. If you would like to upgrade your account to the “Annual” plan, simply call 1-844-400-4546.”
Yes, we can configure this for you. These are advanced service RSVP numbers. We can actually customize your menu any way you like. Most RSVP number customers do their recording in their own voice. However, if you prefer having us do the recording for you, we will arrange for the recording to be completed with a professional male or female voice. The first script is recorded free of charge. Additional scripts are billed at $10 per script. The script can be up to 1 minute long. This service also works well with the wedding business main menu and wedding small business phone intro you see located towards the end of our Examples of Service page.
There are 3 things they may want to cover with their guests:
1) Ask for their name.
2) How many people they’re bringing with them.
3) They could also ask them what type of food they enjoy. Asking them their food preference is optional. It is very useful information to understand how much to prepare for certain types of foods. If 22 people say fried chicken and 11 people say spaghetti, you will know to prepare twice as much fried chicken than spaghetti.
